Description
The measure is based on three points of reference: a minimum to indicate a need for urgent recharging, a means to indicate the possibility of recharging with remaining power or a pre-alert situation for a subsequent recharge, and a maximum to indicate that it has been recharged. It can also be configured to perform high-precision measurements (2%).
Ces points activate alarms that instantly alert the distribution company ADBLUE so that it can meet its customer’s needs. At the same time, every 48 hours, a report on the status of the collection points is sent to corroborate the alarms and enable an eventual diagnosis in case of system failure.
The method used to send the information is to send short SMS messages.
The team has approvals and certifications:
– II 1 / 2G Ex ia IIB T4, intrinsic safety, in an explosive atmosphere.
– Certificate of type LOM 03ATEX2151 X.
The equipment consists of a rectangular head made of polycarbonate reinforced with fiberglass, with a transparent cover, and a PVC or stainless steel casing, with a SPANSIL® float, a material highly resistant to chemicals or stainless steel.
The connection to the reservoir is made using a four-hole flange, although it can be completely customized.
The electronic components necessary for processing the signal provided by the casing are located in the head.
It operates autonomously with a non-rechargeable lithium battery of 3.6 V and 14 Ah, with a long lifespan (approximately 4 years).
