Description
The equipment consists of a rectangular head with a transparent polycarbonate cover loaded with glass fiber and a stainless steel sheath along which floats a float designed to withstand high pressures and chemicals.
The sheath contains a magnetic circuit inside that, when closed by the passage of a magnet placed in the float, allows for precise reading of the tank level. The level information can be read at any time using a display screen installed in the head. The attachment to the tank is done using a JR flange or an 8’x8’ plate. The electronic components necessary for signal processing are located in the head and provide the following information:
- VISUAL: By means of a liquid crystal display that indicates the tank level as a percentage.
- ELECTRICAL: By a current signal of 4 to 20 milliampers, which will depend on the percentage of filling.
- TELECOMMANDE: using a remote measuring device or external remote measuring device Cabeco integrated into the CND3000TG variant, information on the percentage of tank filling can be captured and sent in the form of a text message via SMS or the Internet (GPRS).
