Description
The measurement is based on three points of reference: a minimum to indicate an urgent need for recharging, a means to indicate the possibility of a recharge with excess power, or a pre-alert situation for a future recharge, and a maximum to indicate that a recharge has been made. It can also be configured to perform high-precision measurements (2%)
These points activate alarms that immediately alert the ADBLUE supply company so that it can meet its customer's needs. In parallel, a report is sent every 48 hours on the status of the consignment points to confirm the alarms and for possible diagnostics in case of system failure.
The method used to send the information is through short SMS messages
The equipment holds the approvals and certifications:
- II 1/2G Ex ia IIB T4, intrinsically safe, for explosive atmospheres.
- LOM Type Certificate 03ATEX2151 X.
The team is made up of a rectangular head made of polycarbonate filled with glass fiber, with a transparent cover, and a PVC or stainless steel sheath, with a SPANSIL® float, a material highly resistant to chemicals, or stainless steel.
The attachment to the deposit is by means of a four-hole bracket, although it can be fully customizable.
The electronics necessary for the signal process provided by the casing is located in the head.
It operates autonomously, powered by a 3.6V, 14AH lithium battery that is not rechargeable, and has a long lifespan (approximately 4 years).
