Description

The measurement is based on three setpoints: a minimum to indicate the need for urgent recharging, a medium to indicate the possibility of a recharge with excess material or a pre-alert situation for an upcoming recharge, and a maximum to indicate that recharging has been completed.
These points trigger alarms that instantly notify the fuel supply company so it can attend to its customer's needs. At the same time, a status report of the set points is sent every 48 hours to corroborate the alarms and for a potential diagnosis in the event of a system failure.
The method used to send the information is through short SMS messages
The equipment holds the approvals and certifications:

- II 1/2G Ex ia IIB T4, intrinsically safe, for explosive atmospheres.
- LOM Type Certificate 03ATEX2151 X.

The equipment consists of a rectangular head made of fiberglass-filled polycarbonate with a transparent cover, and a PVC thermowell with a SPANSIL® float, a material highly resistant to chemicals.
The three points are mounted in the sheath by means of reed switches which, upon closing due to the passage of the magnet placed in the float, generate the signal that activates the corresponding alarm.
The attachment to the tank is by means of a four-hole flange.
The electronics necessary for processing the signal provided by the sheath are located in the head.
It operates autonomously, powered by a long-lasting, non-rechargeable 3.6V, 14Ah lithium battery.
